Issue: One of our clients experienced a major breach, which is a cybersecurity disaster. The breach evolved into a ransomware attack with no guaranteed ability to recover their business data and operations.

Solution: Due to the severity of the breach, we brought in an additional security partner to assist while we focused on remediating the breach as quickly as possible. This included identifying and closing the source of the breach and restoring and reimaging the servers and workstations.

Result: The client was able to get back up and running and now have all the hardware, software, plans, policies and procedures in place to restore their data and business operations. In addition, they now have a disaster recovery plan and an incident response plan in place for quicker response times in the future. This prevents huge revenues losses cause by unplanned downtimes.

Do you need to migrate your on-premise files to a cloud (SharePoint) or hybrid solution?

Past Projects:

Issue: A client needed to move their files from their on-premise to the cloud in order to facilitate remote and home-based working conditions.

Solution: We migrated their files from their physical server to Microsoft SharePoint’s file document libraries and/or another cloud file services such as Egnyte. (Some companies such as engineering firms will require a hybrid (on prem and cloud) solution due to large file sizes).

Results: Implementing a cloud file server (or hybrid) solution streamlined their file access and operations so they could run more efficiently. In addition, the cloud option offers unlimited scalability, 99.9% uptime, reduced capital expenditure and increased productivity.

Do you need to standardize and streamline your equipment and software while remaining cybersecure?

Issue: A major manufacturer needed to replace their end-of-life network, wireless and routing infrastructure across multiple locations to remain efficient and cybersecure.

Solution: We switched out their various hardware units and supplanted it with a modern Cisco Meraki IT network solution. The Cisco Merkai upgrade enabled cloud control all their network components. In addition, we set up a backup, redundant internet data line in case of failure.

Result: The streamlined and standardized IT network solution made it easier to manage as well as update and backup ensuring increase efficiency, cybersecurity and reduced downtimes.

Do you need a disaster recovery solution to quickly restore your data and operations?

Past projects:

Issue: The severe Texas winter storm that hit in February, 2021 knocked out the power in our client’s office building, which immediately stopped all business operations. They needed to get back up and running as soon as possible.

Solution: We migrated their data and operations off their on-premise servers to the cloud during the complete outage. Moving them to the cloud enabled them to restore function to their enterprise.

Result: Moving them to the cloud enabled them to restore function to their enterprise. In addition, their new cloud gave them unlimited scalability, 99.9% uptime, reduced capital expenditure, increased productivity.

Issue: A client wanted to implement a disaster recovery plan and solution in place to prevent expensive downtimes in the future.

Solution: We implemented Restore Point, our disaster recovery solution. This includes setting up an on-premise server in their office that takes snap shots of all their data throughout the day, which then replicates it in the cloud. Then, we helped them create a disaster recovery plan and incident response plan and associated policies and procedures.

Do you need to modernize and upgrade your server environments to a hybrid or cloud model?

Past Projects Include:

Issue One: One of our client’s on-premise, physical server environments and software had reached the end of its life cycle. They needed to update and modernize their servers while minimizing their capital expenditure.

Solution: We moved them to a hybrid model that included both on-premise and cloud servers. This included consolidating their on-prem servers into 1-2 new physical hosts, added virtual servers under the new hosts, and updated all of the software. while also helped standardize their server environment

Result: Modernizing their server environment to a hybrid model helped streamline and standardize their server environment. This increased their operational efficiency, cybersecurity and saved them money on capital expenditure.

Issue Two: Another client needed to migrate from their on-premise physical servers to a fully cloud option. In this case, they had already been using a Microsoft CRM so they chose to migrate to the Azure cloud. (We also offer an AWS option.)

Solution: We successfully migrated their entire server structure from on-prem to an Azure hosted cloud environment.

Result: Moving their servers to the cloud gave them a range of benefits including unlimited scalability, 99.9% uptime, reduced capital expenditure and increased productivity.

Do you need an email server/service migration for greater productivity and security?

Issue: One of our clients needed to migrate from their on-premise Microsoft Exchange server (sometimes it’s a G-Suite setup) to a cloud O365  Exchange server for increased operational capabilities.

Solution: We migrated them smoothly from their legacy server to an online O365 Exchange server and provided any necessary training.

Result: Their cloud servers gave them unlimited scalability, 99.9% uptime, reduced capital expenditure, increased productivity. In addition, their Azure (or AWS) hosted servers are fully transferable and protected by SOC2 certification.

Do you need help moving your IT Services and systems to your new office space and/or data center?

Past Projects:

Issue: A client needed to move their operations to another office and needed to make sure all of their IT infrastructure and systems made the transition smoothly and securely.

Solution: We reviewed the new location’s cabling, switches, wireless access, server room location and more to assess which components could be used and which ones would been to be added prior to moving their entire IT system. Then, we facilitated a new data line implementation and deployments. Prior to the move, we coordinated with their schedule for shutting down the IT operations and preparing all the components to be safely transported by their moving company. Once all equipment had be securely relocated to the new space, we set-up all of their IT infrastructure, network and systems and then tested it to ensure everything was properly working.

Result: Due to the strong, organized logistical and IT support, the client experienced minimal downtime and work disruption. All of their IT infrastructure, systems and network were efficiently and securely moved to their new office where they quickly resumed their operations.
